This talk is an overview of Chiral Perturbation Theory for Kaon physics as far as not covered by other speakers. It includes a short introduction to the strengths and weaknesses of Chiral Perturbation Theory and its applications to semileptonic Kaon decays and K → ππ(π). Two different topics relevant for DAΦNE and CEBAF, respectively, are covered. First we analyze the rare radiative eta decay mode η → ππγγ within the framework of chiral perturbation theory at O(p 4). We then discuss virtual Compton scattering off the nucleon at low energies. Predictions for the two spin-independent generalized polarizabilities are shown.

It is shown that high precision K µ4 experiments at, e.g., DAΦNE should allow for a direct measurement of the quark mass ratio m s / ˆ m.
